Join Mulberry Community Garden Glenroy and be part of a friendly, welcoming community where gardening, fresh produce and connection come together.

There’s no set amount of time you need to spend in the garden. We ask that people contribute as much as they can, on a regular basis, to keep the garden thriving. Garden when it suits you or join us for one of our regular group gardening sessions. Whether you enjoy doing a little bit each week or prefer to spend more time in the garden every now and then, you can get involved in a way that works for you. 

There’s always something to do at Mulberry Community Garden. Gardening jobs are posted on our whiteboard, with a variety of tasks to choose from. You might help care for our vegetable gardens, raised garden beds, fruit trees, native plants or greenhouses, depending on what needs doing.

And one of the best parts of being a member? The produce is shared. When fresh fruit and vegetables are ready to harvest, members can take what they need. There’s plenty to go around, and sharing the harvest is at the heart of our community garden.

Whether you’re an experienced gardener, keen to learn new skills, looking for a way to meet people locally, or simply want to spend more time growing fresh food, new members are always welcome at Mulberry Community Garden Glenroy.
